Reframing Organizations Teaching Resources

This site contains a variety of materials intended to support instructors using Reframing Organizations.   Many of these materials are copyrighted, but instructors in college and university courses are granted automatic permission to use the materials and to make copies for their students, on condition that the copies carry the copyright notice and author credits.   For questions about permission for other uses, write to Lee Bolman.   Use the same address to submit questions, comments, or suggestions.

Video!  Lee does the frames in 45 minutes for a school leadership audience in a new video on-line at the New York Times Knowledge Network.

Errata:  Yes, Henry, there was an error in chapter 4 in initial printings.  Somehow, some of the diagrams for Mintzberg's structural images got out of sequence.  The labels are in the same order that they were in the 3rd edition, but  not the diagrams for figures 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4.  Alert readers are noticing (not-so-alert readers may just think, "Whatever.")  The authors are embarrassed, but we understand that this has been corrected in more recent printings.

NOW AVAILABLE!  The 4th edition of Reframing Organizations is out, accompanied by a 5-minute promotional video  available at www.wiley.com/go/reframingvideo., in which Lee, Dr. Joan Weiner (Drexel), and some friends of the frames  (including Dr. Arthur Joo and Dr. Kay Rudisill of Oracle) discuss the book.  The instructor's manual, test bank are on-line at the Wiley instructor's site.  NEW: Powerpoint slides for 4th edition are now available here and should be available soon on the Wiley site.
